Hi, Substack friends!
I’m grateful that so many people are joining the Sci-Fi Weeklies adventures here on Substack. Because of the nature of this platform, though, I wanted to put out a quick post regarding continuity, as the weekly posts here make it harder to connect the dots, and Substack-only followers may be missing some of the connective tissue that’s more accessible elsewhere. So I’m sharing some of those connections here.
First, if you weren’t aware, over the past few months, I’ve published recaps for Season 1 and Season 2 of the Misfits Series. Each recap includes a full synopsis for each chapter in the correct order, as well as connections to origins stories and other connected tales.

And lastly, unlike on YouTube, there isn’t a convenient way to share stories that are in a series or thematically connected, so I wanted to make Substack followers aware of the YouTube playlists. On that page, you can find Misfits-related playlists, a Lifeboat playlist (including the Hartsock stories), the Cypher Sigma stories, and more thematic playlists (like “uplifting” and “stand-alone” stories).

Most people who follow here do so because they want to follow here, which I appreciate 🙏 However, I know some people have found me here and may not have gone looking for these other elements. So this post is my best attempt to make sure people joining the adventures here aren’t missing out on some of the connections that many readers and listeners enjoy.
